Chef de Partie

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences by ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. You will take ownership of your assigned kitchen section while supporting the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chefs in daily operations. As part of the Kitchen team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment where passion, precision, and creativity come together.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and oversee production within your assigned culinary section
• Support the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and special events
• Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
• Follow HACCP standards and local hygiene regulations at all times
• Maintain proper handling and care of kitchen equipment and assets
• Actively contribute to a safe working environment, including fire safety procedures
• Support team collaboration and foster a positive kitchen culture
• Monitor food quality and safety during service and take corrective actions when needed
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, quality, and service standards

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and quality
• Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Culinary or hospitality certification is beneficial

Schedule & Hours

Full-time position.
Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
