We’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist who is passionate about digital commerce, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our digital sales experience by:
· Managing and continuously improving our e-commerce platform and customer journey
· Testing website functionality, ordering flows, and payment processes while coordinating enhancements with development teams
· Maintaining and optimizing the online product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional campaigns
· Processing and controlling customer orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, pricing, and discounts
· Coordinating product dispatch and delivery activities with logistics partners
· Issuing invoices and supporting order fulfillment processes
· Handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding support via email
· Managing customer accounts, updating information, and resolving access-related issues
· Processing approved customer claims and issuing credit notes when required
· Monitoring website performance, sales results, customer behavior, traffic, and conversion metrics
· Supporting digital marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and newsletters
· Managing product content, metadata, technical parameters, and website copy to ensure accuracy and consistency
What We’re Looking For
You might be the right fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital operations, or a related field
- Have hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, CMS systems, or online marketplaces
- Understand the end-to-end online customer journey and how operational excellence drives customer satisfaction
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insights
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, developers, and external partners
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
